Warranty  Policy

DEPGI provides a one-year limited warranty for ALL PRODUCT. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If you register as our member, an additional one-year warranty period will be attached.

Under this warranty, DEPGI will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace any defective Product, or provide a refund for the purchase price of the Product. Replacement Products or parts may not be identical to the original Product and may have different functionalities or a lower selling price.

This warranty applies only to hardware components of the Product that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire, damage from other external causes, alteration, repair, or commercial use. It is not transferable to any subsequent purchaser or recipient of the Product.

If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team[depgi@afterservice.vip] to determine your eligibility under this limited warranty. If you are eligible, a replacement order, repair order, or refund will be issued, and you will be given instructions for returning the defective Product. Failure to ship the damaged part or Product back to us may result in your being charged for the replacement part or Product at full retail price.

Please note that this warranty does not cover any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or under any other legal theory. However, some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, all statutory or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed. If we cannot lawfully disclaim statutory or implied warranties, then all such warranties shall be limited to the duration of this express limited warranty and to repair or replacement service.

This warranty policy is subject to change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Product was purchased, excluding its conflicts of law rules, and the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to this warranty shall be the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.
