What warranty period does DEPGI's product have?

Warranty Period: DEPGI's Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (1) ONE YEAR from the date of original purchase.

This Warranty SHALL NOT be Applicable in the Following Cases:

●Accident, misuse, abuse, or alteration of the product;

●Serving by unauthorized persons;

●Using with unauthorized accessories;

●Connecting it to incorrect current and voltage;

●Wrapping cord around appliance causing premature wear and breakage;

●Any other conditions beyond our control: No responsibility, obligations, or liability is assumed for the installation or maintenance of the product.

Is the Xbox portable monitor compatible with switch lite?

Yes, the portable monitor is compatible with a switch. Please directly connect the type-c cable (monitor)to the type-c port (switch).

Notes:

①Due to the high power of the Nintendo Switch, please make sure that your switch is charging with a power adapter above 20W.

②Before connecting to the switch, please make sure that the monitor can be turned on normally.

What cables are included with the Xbox portable screen?

This laptop monitor includes 3 cables: HDMI Cable*1, Type-C Cable*1, and USB-C to USB A Cable*1.

The logo appears repeatedly when the Xbox portable srceen powering on. What should I do?

This happens on the portable monitor because of the insufficient power supply. Please use a 5V/3A adapter or adapter with PD protocol.

What are the differences between the three different sizes of the Xbox Series S portable screen?

DEPGI now offers 3 different size monitor options for you, with 11.6" and 12.5" screens providing 1080P resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. The 15.6" screen offers 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Due to the variation in screen size, their weight differs as well.

Is it necessary to keep the Xbox portable srceen power connected all the time?

Yes it needs to stay powered on and both HDMI and DC inputs should be plugged in. However, if you plan to use your Xbox on your TV, you can unplug the HDMI and reconnect it later.
